Why it is free

I first wrote this software to manage my own buildings. It works, I use it every day, and opening it to others costs almost nothing more.

Today, everything is included: no "pro" version behind a wall, no feature locked after three units, no trial period.

What I commit to: three years. The day you create your account, it is free for you for at least three years. Not three years from today for everyone: three years from your sign-up. Whatever happens to pricing in the meantime, nothing will be charged to you during that period.

And after those three years? I cannot promise. An online service costs something, and I would rather be honest than commit to what I do not control. If that ever had to change, you would be told in advance and your data would stay yours, exportable.

Until then, if the software saves you time and you want to help pay for hosting, you can contribute — nothing requires it, and nothing changes if you do not.
